The panel reviewed many popular topics surrounding women in a male-dominated industry, including mentoring programs and how the industry is working to becoming more inclusive to all genders. As the construction industry continues to work toward overcoming a labor shortage, it’s heartening that such an emphasis is placed on encouraging women to consider a career in construction.
