After working out of Temple for the last 25+ years, leadership decided that the new location would better position the company to recruit and retain talent, as well as encourage a better work-life balance for its employee owners.
“With a more central location, relocating to Pflugerville not only allows us to recruit top talent, but it also helps us foster business relationships in the area. We’ve already worked on many projects in and around Pflugerville and have built some great relationships in the process. We believe that by moving to a more accessible region, we can continue building upon those, making us a better partner for new and current clients alike,” said Jason Evelyn, president of MW Builders.
The office is scheduled to be complete early summer 2018.
