MMC Corp is excited to announce that Building Control Services, a building automation and service provider located in Reno, NV, is now officially part of our family of companies.

news_20167Part of our strategic plan includes growth through acquisition, and Building Controls Services is the perfect fit — a great operation that further diversifies and strengthens our portfolio. With a strong reputation in Northern Nevada for its digital controls installations, service, and system optimization capabilities, Building Control Services brings not only technical expertise to our existing mechanical services, but also offers increased resources to the entire company.

Recognized as the area's leading controls company, their expansive HVAC service and installation experience includes college campuses, public schools, surgery centers, office complexes, industrial parks, government buildings, and private businesses. These sectors go hand in hand with our target markets, making them a natural addition to our family of companies.

"We are extremely excited about bringing Building Control Services into the MMC Corp family. As a controls and building automation expert, their experience bolsters our commercial and mechanical construction capabilities, allowing us to offer even more services and expertise to our clients. We pride ourselves on fostering a great culture and employing the best in the business, and Building Control Services certainly possesses both of those. We are confident the Northern Nevada region will provide new growth and opportunities for us, and with Building Control Services, we are stronger and well positioned to capitalize on those opportunities," said Tim Chadwick.

With annual revenues of nearly $10,000,000, Building Control Services is a union company that will operate out of its existing office in Reno under the same name. Its 14 employees will continue providing building and energy management systems and mechanical service to its clients throughout Northern Nevada.
